Mobile Plant Operative
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Working hours: Average of 44.75 per week - 7am-4.30pm, Mon-Fri, plus alternate Saturday mornings, 7am-11.30am
Are you experienced and qualified at operating mobile plant, like loading shovels and 360 excavators, or are naturally practical and keen to be trained up? Our waste transfer stations are busy plants where waste is brought onto site, weighed, tipped, sorted and transferred on to various locations for disposal.As Mobile Plant Operative, you will help to ensure that the Banbury facility runs smoothly - interested in joining the team of six?
What you’ll be doing as Mobile Plant Operative
There's plenty to keep you busy, including operating, maintaining and refuelling mobile plant and reporting any defects, acting as traffic controller for vehicles entering and leaving the site, loading trucks, and waste inspections to ensure everything complies with the relevant paperwork and site permit.
What you’ll need
You've had some health & safety training and you're happy to work outdoors in all weathers.
