Our vacancy:
We are rapidly expanding, adding more chairs and clinicians at each location; we are looking for motivated front-of-house staff that are passionate about growing on their existing experience or learning new skills to join our team.
At Bright Orthodontics, our Front of house team is our brand ambassador and the face of our practices. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our patient journey is of the highest standard that keep’s our patients talking about us to friends and family, The ideal candidate will have 1st class customer service skills with a friendly, welcoming nature and attention to detail, and a quick learner with a flexible mindset and ability to communicate confidently with patients and colleagues.

Our Widnes practice has three surgeries with a fully digital workflow including i Tero scanner, Digital X-rays providing NHS & Private orthodontic care using a wide range of appliances and techniques. This role may include cross-cover between practice locations.

- The role will demand high standards and attention to detail in all areas, including recording details on patient management software, CRM and other software/data forms and all aspects of patient communication.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment managing a busy reception desk.
- Ability to remain calm always and manage potentially challenging situations confidently
- Excellent computer/IT skills and ability to multi-tasking are essential
- A flexible mindset with willingness to learn and take instructions, reliability, and adaptability to new and changing ways of working.
- Previous Dental/Orthodontic/GP experience in either as a nurse or receptionist role.
- Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Training can be provided for suitable candidates.
