PURPOSE
As a Graduate Software & Hardware Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our products. This hybrid role involves both software and hardware testing, with a strong emphasis on software validation.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including software developers, hardware engineers, and QA specialists—to execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems. Your work will directly support successful product deployments and help drive innovation across our development lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist in hardware validation, debugging, and embedded system support
- Design and execute software test cases; automate where applicable
- Troubleshoot hardware-software integration issues
- Conduct performance and reliability testing on prototypes
- Document test results and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system quality
- Support deployment testing and travel when needed
- Contribute ideas for process and product improvements
- Participate in Agile development activities
Qualifications:
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS- Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Willingness to travel to assist in project deployments
- 80% of the work focused on software; 20% on hardware
- Experience with both software and hardware testing
- Solid Java knowledge
- Basic understanding of hardware design, embedded systems, or circuit debugging
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and debugging tools
- Knowledge of C#, Java, or scripting for test automation (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilitie
