Commercial Associate Solicitor – Southwest

This is an opportunity to join a leading Legal 200 firm’s commercial department at associate level to work closely with a Partner across a range of industry sectors across large corporate entities to SME/OMBs.

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with relevant commercial law experience
• Ability to manage a varied caseload across a range of client industry sectors
• Experience in business development and ability to build long-lasting client relationships

• Draft and negotiate IT contracts, franchise agreements and supporting documents
• Handle general commercial contract drafting and reviews
• Provide advice on IP licensing and related matters
