Job Description:
As a Registered General Nurse (RGN), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medication, and monitoring patient health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and monitoring patient responses
- Providing patient education and support
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Ensuring patient safety and well-being
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Passion for providing compassionate care
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum One year Experience as a Nurse.
- Advanced clinical skills
- Leadership experience
