The business, founded 7 years ago, has quickly become established and disrupted the services sector they operate in. With revenues hitting £25million, the business is navigating a challenging market well and looking to grow over further over the coming years.

Based in North West London, the business is fast paced and offers you the opportunity for development, exposure and progression.

• Oversee all financial operations within the department, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies
• Coordinate and lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Develop financial reports for management, highlighting key business metrics
• Ensure accurate record keeping and timely financial reporting
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Manage relationships with suppliers
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals (based overseas)
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to align financial management with business goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A full accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Demonstrable experience in financial accounting, management accounting and business partnering
• Commercial acumen
• Able to work with non-finance stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong systems and Excel skills
• Team player

What's on Offer

The Finance Manager position comes with a base salary of £80,000-£90,000, discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday, pension and hybrid working.
