About You:
Looking for a flexible and impactful physiotherapy role in the NHS?
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our community reablement team at Swansea Bay University Healthboard, based at Cimla Hospital/ Guildhall to make a real difference in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and treatment of patients within the community, facilitating hospital discharge and preventing admission.
Essential Qualifications:
We are looking for a Physiotherapist (Community) with:
- Physiotherapy degree (BSc) or diploma.
- HCPC Registration.
- Proven experience in community physiotherapy
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience.
- At least 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass an enhanced background check.
