Payroll Administrator
Part-time, 18.75 hours per week to be worked over three, four or five days
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Payroll Administrator to join our finance team at Claremont Fan Court School. This is a newly created role, offering an exciting opportunity to play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of payroll processes within the school.
Reporting to the head of finance, the payroll administrator will be responsible for all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining accurate employee records. The role also involves responding to payroll-related enquiries and providing a friendly and efficient service to the school community.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in managing and administering a complex payroll, ideally within the education sector, and have a strong understanding of computerised payroll systems. Highly numerate, with excellent organisational and time management skills you will have the ability to be proactive, resourceful and adaptable.
