As a Solution Delivery Manager – North, you’ll lead a regional team to deliver customer projects and opportunities that transform healthcare delivery. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of diagnostics, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and solutions that make a real difference.

Working in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment, you'll coach and support your team to drive successful implementation across a variety of high-value, complex projects—all while fostering a culture of ownership, development, and accountability.

What You’ll Be Working On
  • Leading and developing a high-performing regional team focused on delivering customer projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Overseeing project and tender prioritisation in alignment with business and customer needs.
  • Managing resources and operational costs efficiently while maintaining delivery excellence.
  • Acting as the key escalation point for customer-critical issues, ensuring resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Engaging with senior leaders across the organisation to align on delivery capacity and capability.
  • Championing governance and adherence to Roche project methodologies and frameworks.
  • Coaching and mentoring your team to grow their capabilities and deliver outstanding outcomes.
  • Representing the region in cross-functional strategic discussions and transformation planning.

Who You Are

You're a purpose-driven leader with a strong background in managing complex customer-facing projects, ideally within healthcare or diagnostics. You enjoy building and leading teams, navigating ambiguity, and influencing stakeholders across all levels.

You bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in a delivery-focused role, ideally within diagnostics or healthcare.
  • Strong people management skills and a coaching mindset.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and influencing across matrix environments.
  • A strategic yet hands-on approach—you're as comfortable setting direction as you are rolling up your sleeves.
  • High resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics into accessible language.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (HNC/HND minimum), with higher education in business, science, or engineering preferred.
  • A full driving license and flexibility to travel regionally.
