Job Description- Manage all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial instructions to final completion.
- Prepare and manage contracts, transfers, mortgages and leases.
- Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and estate agents.
- Ensure all legal documents are accurate and properly executed.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
- Provide support to the legal team as required.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that could affect the smooth completion of the conveyancing process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Conveyancing Paralegal should have:
- Proven experience in the professional services industry, specifically within the legal department.
- Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and legal documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- An estimated salary range of £31,500 - £38,500 per year.
