This is a Supported Living position providing care for individuals with complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
Autonomy Care supports people in their day-to-day lives, helping them to enjoy the comfort and familiarity of their own homes while ensuring that their wellbeing, and care needs are met, 24 hours a day.

Once you have sent your application a member of our recruitment team will review. If you have been shortlisted we will give you a call and go through a few questions about you and your experience. If you have not been successful you will receive an email letting you know.

Join us and you can expect:
Monday to Friday Days £12.10 per hourMonday to Friday Evenings £12.85 per hour
Saturday and Sunday Days £12.85 per hour
Saturday and Sunday Evenings £13.80 per hour
Bank Holiday pay (time and a half)
Holiday top-up payments made for regular overtime( T&C's)
Paid business mileage (Cars 45p per mile)
Sleep in rate £80.19 per night

About you
You will:
Hold a valid driving licence with access to a vehicleHave a minimum of 2 years support work experience working with people with complex needs and behaviours that challenge
