About Our Client
Page Personnel are working with a well established Professional Services business based in York who are seeking a proactive and experienced Finance Team Leader to join their team on an interim, 6 month period. Due to growth within the team, this is a newly created role offering an immediate start and a hybrid working arrangement.
Job Description- Coordinate and oversee the financial activities within the department.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
- Implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with other departments to forecast and manage budget.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage financial systems and databases, ensuring their accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed financial reports and statements.
- Previous experience in a finance role and confident with the duties listed above.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting procedures.
- Highly developed analytical skills and attention to detail.
