Essential Some previous experience as a Care Assistant in an elderly care settingEssential A compassionate approach and an interest in helping peopleEssential Willingness to help with personal care tasksDesirable SVQ Level 2 or 3 SCQF Level 6 or 7 qualification in a health / social care subject or equivalent
