Adecco are working in partnership with Serco to recruit candidates to work as an essential public service worker, where you will be a vital member of the Serco team.

The role involves:

  • Providing end-to-end customer service on multiple streams including interacting with stakeholders at various levels including handling inbound and outbound calls and making relevant escalations as necessary.
  • Data input from standardised templates onto company systems
  • Good IT skills including use of CRM and Microsoft Office

Requirements:

  • You must have a minimum WIFI download speed of 8mgb, Minimum Upload Speed: 3Mbps and where possible a wired network connection (ethernet connection) to the router should be used to allow for a more stable internet connection.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Able to follow instructions and processes
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a faced paced, high pressured team environment
  • Verified RTW documentation
  • Consent to undertake BPSS verification and willingness to provide employment history
  • Willingness and consent to apply for a DBS check
  • Ability to work on a out of hours service from home between 1am - 9am
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a confident telephone manner with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly with people to assess their needs in a timely manner
  • Ability to handle the sensitive nature of calls/contacts to the service with empathy, professionalism, and a non-judgemental approach
  • An understanding of confidentiality
