Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with a leading mortgage brokerage that is actively seeking a motivated and professional Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join their growing team. This is a home-based position offering flexibility, autonomy, and access to 8–10 pre-qualified hot leads every week, with overflow lead support from a market-leading estate agency group.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced advisors ready to step into a flexible, Monday-to-Friday role with high earnings potential and full admin support, while still making a significant impact in the lives of homebuyers across Staffordshire and Cheshire.

Role Highlights:

• Basic Salary: £27,000 – £31,000 (including car allowance)
• Financial Guarantee: Up to £1,000/month for first 6 months (dependent on current earnings)
• Commission Structure: Uncapped, with top performers earning up to 25% on commission
• OTE: £55,000 – £65,000+
• 8–10 qualified leads per week from partnered estate agents
• Fully Remote: Work from home with full diary autonomy

Key Responsibilities – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker:

• Convert 8–10 high-quality pre-qualified leads weekly, provided by 4–5 partnered estate agents across Staffordshire and Cheshire
• Manage and nurture overflow leads from a market-leading estate agency network
• Offer whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to clients
• Build and manage your own pipeline through referrals, recommendations and networking
• Assess clients’ financial circumstances and provide bespoke mortgage solutions
• Guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring compliance and exceptional service
• Keep up to date with lender products, interest rates and market developments
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to FCA regulations

Requirements – What We're Looking For:

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Proven track record in mortgage sales and protection advice
• Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills
• Confidence to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong knowledge of Staffordshire and Cheshire housing markets
• Comfortable managing a diary and working with CRM systems
• Dedicated home office setup with stable internet connection
