Job Overview

We are seeking a Band 6 Community Nurse to join the neurodevelopmental team. This role involves triaging referrals, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and professionals to support children with ADHD and Autism. Remote work options are available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in parental discussions for comprehensive triage.
  • Conduct neurodevelopmental screenings of referrals.
  • Liaise with schools and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure effective communication.
  • Clearly communicate triage outcomes to referrers.
Key Requirements
  • Essential experience in ADHD, Autism, or Child Health.
  • Ability to triage referrals and justify decisions effectively.
  • Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
  • NMC Registration.
