About Our Client

Job Description- Process payments, invoices, and receipts, and enter data into accounting software to prepare statutory accounts.
- Complete quarterly VAT returns and monthly management accounts.
- Assist clients with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month/year-end procedures.
- Advise clients on business improvements, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and management accounts.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Accounts Assistant' should have:
- Working towards AAT qualification
- A minimum of 12/18 months within a UK practice environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Experience of working with Xero/QuickBooks
- A competitive salary range between £22,000 - £24,000
