Chef Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager at Co-op DC Avonmouth.
Location: The Co-operative Group - DCRate of pay: £35,735 per Annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week Contracted 5 over 7 to cover weekend when necessary
Key responsibilities- Responsible for the provision of quality seasonal food ,whilst maintaining all standards of quality, food hygiene and health and safety.
- Responsible for the full management of the kitchen, the kitchen team and Staff Rotas
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Delivery of all budgetary Targets /Daily & weekly finance & Stocktakes
