IT Service Analyst

Starting Salary: £28,000
Application Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 degree in any subject (technical IT based subject is desirable but not essential).
- Previous experience in an IT Service Design/Transition working with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce or similar systems.
- ITIL Knowledge/Certification desirable
- Awareness of service design and transition process
- Ability to work on site 5 days a week.
- Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme.
Overview of the role:
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Service Design and Transition Coordinator to help drive the successful rollout of technical projects and services into production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, improve service delivery processes and ensure exceptional customer support and satisfaction.Your operational readiness experience will be key in ensuring that services are not only designed and transitioned but are ready for seamless live operation.

What makes a great Grayce Analyst
2:1 Undergraduate Degree: An undergraduate degree with a minimum 2:1, especially in a technical field like Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Information Systems.
Technical Knowledge: Experience within the Fintech or financial service industry is desirable. We hugely value a solid foundation in technical concepts. This means being familiar with programming languages, understanding popular frameworks and tools used in IT service design/transition and you should ideally have a strong understanding of ITIL and agile methodologies.
