IT & Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT & Infrastructure Manager to join our team and oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems and network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our IT services, managing a team of IT professionals, and collaborating with other departments and external partners.

Responsibilities - IT & Infrastructure Manager
  • Plan, develop, and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage and monitor the performance, security, and availability of the IT systems and network infrastructure, including servers, databases, cloud services, hardware, software, and telecommunications
  • Lead and supervise a team of IT staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback
  • Coordinate and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery and compliance with best practices and standards
  • Manage the IT budget and allocate resources efficiently
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve IT issues and ensure user satisfaction up to 3rd level.
  • Keep up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies and evaluate their suitability and feasibility for the company
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, negotiating contracts and service level agreements
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulations, including data protection, and cyber security
Requirements - IT & Infrastructure Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a similar role in a manufacturing / warehouse environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and network infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, SQL, Oracle, AWS, Azure, Cisco, VMware, etc.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Certifications in ITIL, PMP, CCNA, MCSA, or similar are desirable
