Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is recruiting an Resourcing and OD Partner to join the Organisational Development team based at Gloucestershire College.
This role will be working within a proactive and highly effective OD team. You will be responsible for supporting the organisational development of the College by coordinating projects relating to our people and supporting the OD Manager to drive continuous improvement and the development of resourcing and recruitment strategies to meet with short and long term staffing requirements.
You will also work alongside the HR Partner team and hiring managers to assist with the development and implementation of innovative solutions and alternatives to traditional recruitment methods to meet resourcing requirements at the College.
