THIS POST IS FIXED TERM FOR 3 MONTHS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE
The successful candidate will work as part of a nursing team of qualified nurses and health care support workers on Ward 4 on a 3 month temporary post to provide nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs and to support complex discharge planning, ensuring that patients are discharged to the most appropriate destination.

Desirable criteria- Possesses or working towards NVQ Level II. Award GCSE’s or similar qualifications
