We’re on the lookout for a Production operative to join a fast-paced Production team in Loughborough. This hands-on role is vital to the smooth running of printing machines and overall operational efficiency. You'll work alongside the Print team to support quick changeovers, maintain equipment, and ensure top-quality print results.
What You’ll Be Doing- Preparing print cylinders/screens for upcoming jobs
- Cleaning and maintaining screens, cylinders, doctor blades, carts, and squeegees
- Supporting waste management and clean-down operations
- Assisting with ink and design changeovers
- Handling and transporting materials across departments
- Recording data accurately for production tracking
- Ensuring all work meets quality and health & safety standards
- Physically fit and able to lift and move moderate loads
- Comfortable using mechanical handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A good understanding of manufacturing processes
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- IOSH Working Safely
- BIT Level 2
- IPAF Trained
