The Role

This firm handles a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

Trusts & Estates
Inheritance Tax Planning
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Wills & Intestacies
Compensation Protection Trusts
Court of Protection & Deputyships

Working closely with a STEP-qualified Head of Department, you will effectively act as a Number 2 within the branch, making it an ideal opportunity if you are looking to take on more responsibility.

About You

A Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in the field
Technically strong, self-motivated and confident handling a varied caseload
Ideally 2-4 years PQE, though applications are welcomed from candidates with any level of post-qualification experience
