Workshop Engineer
Are you an experience Workshop Engineer?
Our client based in West Bromwich is seeking a Workshop Engineer to join them on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm.
Responsibilities
As Workshop Engineer, you will:-
Work in a busy workshop environmentProblem solving and mechanical and electrical fault finding on construction machinery / plant machinery.
Servicing and repairing of equipment.
You will be involved in pre delivery inspectionsChecking new machines, fixing attachments, checking tyres, oil levels, etc.
You will also carry out yard duties including the checking in of machines, unloading lorries, maintaining a clean and tidy workshop.
Skills required
To be considered for the role of Workshop Engineer, you will have:-
At least 12 months recent experience in a similar roleServicing and repair experience of construction machinery / plant machinery or similar
You will enjoy working as part of a team
You will have excellent communication skills, be hard working and reliable.
Own transport required.
