Early Years Team Lead - Key Responsibilities- Lead and support a team of Early Years educators, guiding high standards of teaching and care
- Plan and implement a dynamic Early Years curriculum
- Build and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the school community
-Champion child-centred learning and a nurturing educational environment
Early Years Team Lead - Qualifications and Experience- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an Early Years teacher
- Preferred Qualification: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is desirable
- Education: An Oxbridge degree or degree from a top 20 UK university is highly desirable, though not essential
