Waking Night Extra Care Support Worker
Creative Support is a national, fast growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of needs. We are committed to providing responsive, person centred care which promotes the independence, wellbeing and social inclusion of the people we support.
We are looking for warm, flexible and motivated individuals to provide person centred care and support in our Tameside Extra Care Service, which enables older people to enjoy an active and independent lifestyle. Your role will include:
Providing respectful personal care, practical and emotional support to older peopleMaximising outcomes for clients by maintaining their independence and encouraging them to lead an active, fulfilling lifestyle
Collaborating with clients, their families and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service
It is expected that you will work flexibly to meet the needs of the service on waking night shifts working 2, 3 or 4 nights per week (to be agreed).
