Job Summary
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Debt management and invoicing
- Dispensing of medications
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Experience
The successful candidate should possess:- Strong computerised skills for data entry and office tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is advantageous
- Typing speed and accuracy for handling office correspondence efficiently
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.44 per hourExpected hours: 16 – 24 per week
