Commercial Development Manager

Are you a Commercial Development Manager with experience working around Railway Stations Are you interested working on the largest infrastructure project in Europe Location Birmingham 2 days in office site per week remainder from home

• A property-based degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience of negotiating and delivering property development projects and transactions from inception to completion
• Property valuation development appraisals
• Interest in property
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Property surveyor experience with mid to large size consultancies ideal
• Confidence to seek guidance advice when needed
• Willingness to travel (costs will be expensed)
• Interest in achieving APC qualification

• Supporting the Head of Commercial Development to manage various contracts
• Working with and winning the confidence of multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining a wide network of internal and external relationships
• Overseeing the day-to-day implementation of the legally binding arrangements entered into by the client
