The Role
This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist to:
- Work proactively with individuals in their own homes, conducting strengths-based assessments to understand their needs and aspirations.

- Be part of a multidisciplinary team led by Occupational Therapists, including assistants and support workers, with oversight from a Principal Occupational Therapist.

About You
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
