Part time Office Admin and HR Assistant (0.7 FTE - 3.5 days)
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, pro-active part time Office Admin and HR Assistant to provide confidential and highly professional support to the Leadership Team at the Academy together with general and HR administration support. We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent attention to detail and organisation skills - two key skills for this role. The main duties of this role are:
- To provide administrative & other support to the Leadership Team including drafting and proofreading documents; communication with stakeholders on their behalf and all other administrative duties as required.
- To support the HR Manager on regular basis with HR Administration and Recruitment
- To provide additional support to the wider administration teams (i.e Student Services and Reception) as and when required. This includes processing Detentions and Lates
- Organise and support Academy events as required by the Senior Administrator
In particular candidates should have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure during busy times
- Effective use of ICT. Google Workplace would be an advantage but is not essential.
Flexible working will be considered for the right candidate.
Overview
Our most recent Ofsted inspection in September 2023, saw us being judged strongly good in all areas. We have also been recently awarded a glowing J1 for our SIAMS inspection. Both inspections evidence our excellent quality of education and commitment to ensure all students flourish both academically and pastorally.Recent outcomes at GCSE and A Level demonstrate strong progress for all students with the Academy’s GCSE results this summer being the highest the Academy has ever achieved.
