We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for vehicles to join our team as a Warranty Administrator. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with manufacturers and repair shops.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure completion of Warranty work and associated paperwork
Make sure all warranty costs are recovered from the manufacturer as appropriate.
Work closely with the manufacturer, and in-house team.
Maintain excellent levels of customer service as expected by the business.
Inputting, processing and checking of data.
Qualifications- Previous Administrator experience.
- Previous automotive experience
- Up to £30k Basic + Bonus
- Mon – Fri Flexible hrs!
