Overview:

We’re looking for a talented Marketing Manager to work in our Haymarket Business Media (HBM) Marketing team across our market-leading brands.

The role is responsible for developing and executing Marketing activity across our Marcoms brands, and reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Marcoms Subscriptions. We’re ideally looking for someone with experience in B2B marketing, lead generation for B2B services or high value subscription products.

An individual who can think strategically, innovate, communicate well, and adapt fast. And if you love something about Haymarket, and the Marcoms sector that would be a major plus. We’re a Marketing Team at the forefront of data-informed creative Marketing with a great culture and fast-growing business.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities
  • Drive subscriptions marketing activity on a day-to-day basis to deliver the Commercial Objectives in our Marketing Plan.
  • Find innovative ways to deliver against your Marketing Plan. Be able to flex your plan in response to the evolving market conditions.
  • Champion your Marketing Plan with your offshore Team and key Stakeholders across HBM showing tenacity and great communication skills.
  • Support your manager and team to embed transition to lower volume, higher value Marketing approach across HBM, working with peers, Marketing Ops and external partners to build and deliver a data informed, brand, content and proposition led model.
  • Help with reporting, planning, internal communications and development of a world-class Marketing Team and Community.

Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria:

  • Experience in a successful Marketing Team in a matrixed organisation within B2B.
  • Strategic understanding - able to think about the needs from their role in the wider context of the organisation, and develop plans and adjust to multiple external factors.
  • Time-management - able to manage a broad remit across a range of Paid subscription brands to learning engagement to external partner relationships.
  • Innovative - demonstrates new thinking in strategy and execution.
  • Excellent communication - to motivate other team members plus work constructively to win-win with Commercial and Creative stakeholders.
  • Interest in Haymarket brands, Marcoms and Energy & Environment brands and B2B Marketing, and an interest in Haymarket’s DE&I network initiatives.
