• Handle financial tasks including budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Oversee financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the Accounting & Finance Department with financial analysis and insights.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimise financial performance.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Manage and mentor junior team members where required.

• Professional accounting qualification CIMA, ACA or ACCA.
• Natural commercial acumen.
• Ability to liaise with senior leaders.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
