Position: Part Time Administrator Job Type: Part Time Location: Bromley, UK About the Role To provide administrative support services to Customers from initial contact through to the end of the contract terms.The following key responsibilities and duties will apply, depending on which Customer Services team you are working in.
Key Responsibilities & Duties Collation and dispatch of correspondenceOpen and distribute customer correspondence to Customer Services AdministratorsProcessing payment collection instructionsLiaising with customers for outstanding information or requirementsSetting up new, amend and cancel direct debitsDeal with batching cheque payments and reconciliationProcessing payments to the customerFiling, scanning and destruction of paper records Experience: Good organisation skillsStrong attention to detailEnthusiastic and adaptableReliable and enjoys working in a busy office and team environment Hours of Work: This will be a part-time role on a 6 month contract.Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00. 15 hours per week.Please only apply if you are able to work the above hours.
