The successful candidate will support the smooth running of the school office and assist with daily administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone with previous experience in a similar role, especially within a school setting.Key Responsibilities:Managing general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.Supporting the school staff with student data management using SIMS (School Information Management System).Assisting with pupil attendance, admissions, and parent communications.Providing administrative support to the Headteacher and other staff as needed.Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Skills & Experience Required:Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably within a school environment).Proficiency in using SIMS is highly desirable.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.A positive attitude and a team player.
