Flight Studio is a video-first podcast media company on a mission to help everyone live happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives, one conversation at a time. Home to some of the most exciting podcast shows, including The Diary of a CEO and We Need to Talk, we are building not just podcast brands but global media brands.
We are now looking for a Creative Strategist to join our Commercial Partnerships Team. Your role will be to keep brands at the forefront of podcast media campaigns, with a focus on generating creative, results-driven content.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Ideation- Develop exciting, innovative campaign ideas from briefs, including concepts for Spotify, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Write ad copy and social media content aligned with our shows and partner brands.
- Ground campaigns in human truths, reflecting both our values and those of partner brands.
- Support the Creative Director with research and critical analysis for campaign strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Production teams to generate campaign ideas and find ways to bring their insights to brand partnerships.
- Proactively communicate opportunities to enhance brand partnership campaigns.
- Work with the Marketing and Experimentation teams on post-campaign reports to analyze success and implement learnings for future campaigns.
- Ensure seamless delivery of brand partnerships by coordinating with Production, Marketing, and Commercial teams to maintain alignment with campaign vision.
- Schedule content for go-live while ensuring all assets meet campaign objectives.
- Dedicate 4 hours per week to developing original, repeatable content formats for our podcasts, expanding the reach of existing shows.
- Ideating and writing creative concepts across multiple platforms
- Collaborating with the Creative Director and Commercial team to refine ideas and align with business goals
- Coordinating campaign execution and ensuring all assets are on-brand
- Reviewing campaign performance and preparing recommendations for future improvements
- Leading creative discussions with team members to explore new approaches to branded content.
Requirements
Must Haves- 4-6 years of experience in creative strategy or branded content, with at least 2 years in a sales or commercial role
- A deep interest in global trends, from TikTok to reality TV to niche online communities
- Experience crafting campaign concepts that drive both creative excellence and commercial results
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple departments.

London – Shoreditch: We are an in-person-first culture, fostering a collaborative and vibrant work environment. Occasional global travel may be required.
