As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store in the Store Managers

- A year of managerial experience in a retail sales environment.
- Proven track record in coaching and managing colleagues.
- Strong understanding of compliance and operational standards.
- Ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer metrics.
- Commercial acumen and awareness of industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn our systems.
