We are seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor to join our dynamic sales team. The primary focus of this role is to achieve sales targets and meet necessary KPIs by making outbound calls to customers. This position involves promoting our own brand products in a positive and responsible manner, ensuring high standards of customer care and maintaining strong product knowledge.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Make outbound calls to both new and returning customers to upsell products, managing pipelines through active warm lead generation.
  • Act as an ambassador for the business, promoting our own brand services and products appropriately.
  • Deliver prompt, polite, and professional service in line with our key behaviours and values.
  • Schedule callbacks for customers in alignment with set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to convert leads into customers.
  • Use CRM and other systems to measure success and track call history data.
  • Work with senior leaders and colleagues across the business to support and share best practices.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with customers to upsell our products/services by matching them to their business/personal needs.
  • Handle inbound queries or transfer them to relevant departments, updating systems with notes and following necessary processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in an outbound call environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, Dialer, PC, Online Portals, Microsoft Teams, Partner Portals, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability in achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching to maintain high performance standards.
