Personal Assistant to the ADN for Infection Prevention and Control - Durham

Provide a confidential, professional service as a personal assistant, co-ordinating communication and information flow. Maintain an efficient bring forward and filing system. Manage the preparation, production and distribution of papers, agenda and minutes in support of meetings/committees. Operate a robust recording system for meetings/minutes of meetings in accordance with Trust policy. Ensure the smooth running of the Directorate, including the purchase of furniture, IT equipment etc.

Undertake any other duties appropriate to the grade, as delegated by the Associate Director of Nursing.
