Providing screening, strength-based assessment, psychosocial interventions, integrated and outcome focussed care planning, aftercare support, and onward transition to other services as required. Identifying risk, completing, reviewing, and following risk management plans where risk to lone work might be a factor for consideration.
This can include risk of aggression, risk from peers, weapons, intoxication, and family crisis. Planning of your own diary to manage caseload and meet the needs of young people and ensure that timeframes are adhered to for case records and report deadlines.

Ensure that all adult and childrens safeguarding issues are dealt with in line with Staffordshires safeguarding policies and organisation policies and procedures. This may involve supporting and educating family members, making safeguarding referrals to the local authority, and participating in all relevant multi-agency meetings.
