We are looking for energetic Hygiene Operators to join our team and help us maintain our strict hygiene standards. The Hygiene Operative role is crucial to our success in working across all production areas, being responsible for ensuring that all machines, utensils, and areas of the building meet both ours and our customers, high standards.

The Hygiene Operative is responsible for adhering to the cleaning schedule set out by the Hygiene Team Leader and complying with company procedures and good working practices laid down in the Food Safety and Quality Manual, ensuring that the site hygiene is at the highest standard at all times.

You'll work as part of our team and be involved in all aspects of site hygiene, including the factory, stores and office areas.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable and full training will be provided; however food hygiene, quality and taste are our top priorities, so you'll need to be committed to paying attention to these throughout your work.

You'll be based on-site at our Bakery in Harthill, located between Edinburgh and Glasgow.
