Interim Transport Administrator

East Kilbride

20 hours, working Monday to Friday 9:30am to 1:30pm

£11.63 per hour

Fixed-term contract 3-6months

Your efforts will enable us to deliver reliable and efficient service to our customers while optimizing resources, controlling costs, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records of holidays, transport diaries, and Driver ROTAs
• Record sickness and return to work documents
• Manage KPI reporting
• Maintain records of drivers hours, mileage & vehicle condition reports
• Liaise with providers for vehicle maintenance

• Prior transport administration experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and organised.
• Good interpersonal and team working skills.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
