As a Customer Experience Assistant, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. In this fast-paced role, you'll handle customer enquiries, process orders, and provide creative solutions to product-related issues.

Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will be essential to succeeding in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Deliver prompt, helpful, and informative assistance to customers through email, live chat, and social media.
  • Manage customer enquiries: Efficiently handle customer enquiries, track orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the team: Work effectively with colleagues to provide comprehensive support and share best practices.
  • Identify and escalate issues: Proactively identify and escalate concerns or feedback to relevant departments for improvement.

Requirements

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving: Be able to quickly identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Organisational skills: Effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Customer-focused: Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers.
  • Previous experience: Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment or a start-up.
  • Technical proficiency: Being familiar with CRM systems such as Zendesk or similar, Google Drive, E-commerce order management and warehouse management systems would be beneficial.
