Learning Support Assistant - Warrington
Teaching Personnel are currently working with a primary school based in Macclesfield seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about the social and academic development of young students.
About the role:
- Start date after Easter
- Full-time role
- Pay between £90-£120 (dependent on experience)
- School is in a great location with excellent transport links between Congleton and Stoke-on-Trent
Additionally, you will help monitor progress, offer feedback, and assist with classroom routines and resources to ensure students overall development and success.
What we’re looking for:
- A level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential for this role
- Experience within a primary school is necessary for this role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive learning environment
- Safeguarding training (can be completed through Teaching Personnel)
To be considered for this role, applicants must have an enhanced child DBS registered on the update service or be willing to apply for one upon registering with Teaching Personnel.
