An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing law firm in the South West.
This vacancy presents an exciting opportunity to join a specialist team at a pivotal stage in its development.
The Employment team is intentionally lean, offering the successful candidate genuine responsibility, direct client contact and the chance to play a significant role in the team's future growth.
The role will involve advising both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including employment disputes, disciplinary and grievance issues, workplace investigations, discrimination claims, settlement agreements, restructures and day-to-day HR advisory work.

Applications from exceptional Newly Qualified Solicitors will also be considered where substantial employment law experience has been gained prior to qualification, particularly in a Senior Paralegal capacity.

Ideal Pre-Requisites:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years' PQE in Employment Law
