What you'll bring to the team:
Join us as a Financial Assistant – Intercompany and become a key member of our Global Record to Report team. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing intercompany transactions, supporting financial controls, and ensuring accurate month-end reporting across our international legal entities.You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, assisting with the implementation of our new NetSuite system and contributing to the ongoing growth of the Finance hub. This is a permanent role based at our Finance Hub in Basingstoke, working 3 days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly journals and support month-end reporting processes.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and manage intercompany accounting in line with transfer pricing agreements.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams, supporting indirect and local tax reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring adherence to group policies and financial controls.
- Support system implementations and process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or experience in a finance role, with a focus on month-end close processes.
- Experience with finance systems (NetSuite experience is a plus), especially during implementation phases.
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility on hours, especially during busy month-end close.
