Clinical Pharmacist - Cumbria - Carlisle

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a healthcare team in Cumbria that we are working with. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, working closely with healthcare professionals to optimise patient medication therapies, and ensuring medication safety across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage patient medication regimens to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  • Advise healthcare teams on drug therapy, interactions, and best practices.
  • Conduct medication reviews, especially for high-risk patients.
  • Support patient education on proper medication use.
  • Assist with audits, research, and the development of medication policies.

Requirements:

  • MPharm degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experience in a clinical pharmacy role is preferred but not essential.
