- Delivery of excellent hospitality in a good time
- Help oversee the general set up and deliver of hospitality offer
- Manage all catering bookings via inhouse booking platform.
- Communicate hospitality requirements to kitchen team.
- Deliver service excellence training to team
- To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to a high standard
- Support with managing the P&L and all associated financials.
- Manage all associated administration.
- To manage and champion daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
- Ensure compliance of all processes and procedures, including daily and weekly checklists and cleaning schedules
- Take ownership of your designated section
- Keeping up with industry trends
- Reviewing the menu and maintain inventory
- Following the budget set by the Operations Manager
- Ordering hospitality products
- Monitoring food production and food and staff costs
- Training staff
- Ensuring standard portions and quality of dishes
- Previous experience at a team leader/supervisor level
- At least 2 yrs in conference and events
- DBS & Security clearance
- Excellent customer service skills and a confident, efficient team player
