Doing Amazing Things Together

We’re all about possibilities. Are you?

Are you a warm and cheerful person?

Do you have patience and empathy?

Become a Support Worker.

What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way.

We are looking for a positive, thoughtful person to join our team in Peterborough where you will be required to work across two locations supporting individuals with autism.

You will be working in people’s homes, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested.

You should be available to work waking night shifts from 22:00-07:00 of 27 hours a week working on:

Week 1 – Tues, Thurs, Fri and/or Sat

Week 2 – Tues, Fri, Sat

So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.

Ability to commute/relocate: PE2 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work.

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.

Why Join Us?

What will we do?

We provide a package of benefits that make it that bit easier to be your best and we
